After 20 years of being part of the loving Bark Busters family, I'm even more passionate now about helping people and their dogs than when I first started..and that's saying something!

I can make a huge difference to dog's lives for the better, and that is my driving motivation.
After training, rescuing and rehabilitating many many dogs, I understand their needs and how to get the very best out of them and their humans in a kind and sometimes humorous way. Rapport with my clients is first and foremost!
It's all about love, respect and fantastic results for me. I understand how stressful an out of control dog can be and love seeing the dramatic difference in the dog and their human by the end of my lessons.
There is no such thing as a bad dog... just ineffective communication.
My training is not about military style basic obedience. My approach comes from a deep respect of who you are and where you are coming from - respecting your unique situation and what your dog means to you and what you really want in your relationship.
There is no room for aggressive methods or shock collars or food rewards or clicker training in my simple approach ..
Sometimes you just have to see the quick results to believe it! It's about nurturing a loving and easy going relationship so everyone can really enjoy the benefits of a happy dog. If you have failed puppy school, been kicked out of obedience classes or been told that your dog is 'untrainable' then I am your girl.
I have trained over 1000 dogs and their humans, and rehabilitate greyhounds after a very rough start in their lives.
I have campaigned against animal cruelty for over 30 years now and am proud to have been the driving force behind the banning of the use of pound dogs in vivisection experiments. I have appeared on television numerous times, debating (and winning) the perpetrators of unscientific, cruel and useless animal experimentation. Loving what I do reflects in all my lessons and it's something I am so proud of.
