Our dog reacted to the training immediately. Karyn was very friendly and helpful. She didn't tell us what we were doing wrong; she just showed us better ways to do things and gave us some wonderful tips. I will tell all my friends with puppies.

I thought the training course was wonderful and easy to understand. My problems of barking disappeared almost immediately.
