Ken explained and demonstrated everything very well - we were very happy with the results achieved after the first lesson. We especially like that the training is not hurting the dog. I was very pleased with Ken - his attitude, professionalism and his love of dogs and his job is evident.

Ken was very patient, particularly with Nelson. I felt that I would be able to do what he was showing us because we were involved all the time - this was very helpful. We definitely saw noticeable results by the end of the training. I was so pleased that Bark Busters did not use food treats as a part of the training program, especiallly with a Labrador. It's so simple really when behaviour is explained from the dog's perspective - it's a matter of having it explained and then having the confidence to act on it.

I would recommend Bark Busters - our dog isn't naughty but had habits we wanted controlled - with ongoing practice I'll have a great dog as he learns fast.
