Much like our founder, Sylvia Wilson; I joined Bark Busters after volunteering in an animal shelter for 3 and a half years and became increasingly saddened by the number of dogs being surrendered by owners due to very treatable behavioural problems. In our attempt to make these dogs more “home-able” I learned about the humane, friendly and efficient methods that Bark Busters teach their clients and I was hooked.
Having always had a deep compassion and respect for animals, I have experienced the joys of training horses and dogs to trust and respect you rather than fear and I am a firm believer that you will achieve these great results if you use the Bark Busters system.
I have moved from a career in Environmental, Health & Safety to dog training after realising that jobs exist that are not anything like work at all, plus I have the added benefit of helping people that want to be helped.
What I enjoy about Bark Busters is how the training system mimics what exists in the wild environment, simplistic, natural and instinctive. I continually enjoy seeing the communication lines open between dog and owner for the first time. I am passionate and committed about Bark Busters and believe that everyone deserves a well mannered and obedient dog. The first hand results I have seen in my pets are nothing short of fantastic!
