Hi, my name is Karen Harvey and I have had a passionate relationship with dogs since I was a small child. I have always had a dog in my life and through the passing years my relationship with my canine friends has deepened.

Once my children had grown I started enjoying time with my canine companions at the local dog obedience club, and a whole new world opened up to me. I competed in obedience trials and had fun with agility. I progressed with my interest and took courses and became an obedience instructor with in my club; from there my passion and fascination with dogs just grew. I found it very rewarding teaching people how to understand and have more fun with their companion dogs. Circumstances in my life changed dramatically and I started to dream of being able to work with dogs and people and earn a living at the same time. By joining Bark Busters I have realised a dream that I thought was never possible. Meeting people and their dogs and being able to help them have a deeper understanding of how their canine friends tick, must be the most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life.
